Digital key hit and miss. I love the maxx perk of free water. WOW! They offer to sell you an upgrade but not complimentary. Worse rewards program of any hotel. Motel 6 has better perks! They clean room every 3 days. The Hilton experience is sub par

Every time! Every time! Can not log in! Try username, try honore number, try over WiFi, try over Mobile, try again after updating, try clearing cache and storage. Can log in through web browser, no problem, same info. CAN NOT LOG IN ON APP! POINTLESS AND FRUSTRATING!!

the app is not as functional as the mobile version of the website. For example details on what were the points earned for are only available in the mobile version, not in the app. Hotels can be marked as favourites in the app, but cannot be unmarked. Reporting an issue with an app is not possible within an app. There is no such an option.

Horrible garbage. Can't check in online properly. Chat is closed!?!! You are a global hotel chain!!! Why have support hours that are not 24/7?!?! Why are CST hour relevant when I am in Europe?!? Phone support is impossible. Why do we put up with these horrendous global corporations the torture us for our "convenience". Will avoid Hilton if at all possible in the future.

Same unable to login bug that has affected many users. Seeing the issue on both my OnePlus phone and Samsung tablet. This issue has happened in the past, took weeks to fix itself last time. Login error does not occur on iOS devices.
