Asweome clothes
Awesome clothes, great selection, and the quality is awesome. Over the past certain things as quality with everything. Certain companies that ship their products end up getting lost but that's only happened like 2 times. If been a loyal customer for many years! Many more to come

Quite a few bugs: 1. Payment with iDeal (most used payment method in NL) inside the app gives an error and it doesnt redirect after successful payment to the app causing the order to fail initially and after a few hours it still automatically succeeds (but I already placed another order. 2. If you want to return an item inside the app when clicking print return label you get a bunch of raw HTML code (luckily return label is also inside the package). Issues are the same in the Abercrombie app too

I can’t change location
The website and app think I'm in the EU but I'm in the US and it won't let me change it. I can't order online because I'm not even in the EU. I tried changing it but it doesn't show the US as a country :((

Clothes are really cute and apps works well except for the fact when I try to add an item to my bag it's "unable to complete my request".

i really like Hollister but i dont know to how to add things to my wishlist or get notifications when the size i want is back in stock like other clothing apps, if there is a feature that lets you do that someone please let me know because its getting very annoying
