TERRIBLE COMPANY
This is the absolute worst company ever. They are THIEVES!! Terrible customer service. They are a service company and they are terrible at it. I booked a car rental by mistake while researching different dates and looking at the details and fine print. I contacted them immediately to cancel because I did not mean to book. I was just researching different dates and I was not ready to book. I didn't even have my credit card in hand, I didn't even know I had a card on file much less which one of my credit cards it was. As I was trying to find out the details I suddenly found myself with a booking confirmation and my card was processed for it. I did not even go on this trip on the dates of the car rental. I contacted hopper 10-15 times through the chat and over the phone and some call lasted almost 2 hours. Representatives are trained to not refund ever regardless of the situation. Many travel companies have a grace period to cancel from the time of reservation even on a non refundable booking. After contacting the car rental company, SIXT, they approved the cancellation and refund but told me that Hopper has to process the refund to my credit card. I contacted hopper and sent them the email from sixt approving the refund but hopper said they still had to contact them directly. I waited on the line for them to speak to someone at Sixt and the hopper representative kept coming back to me saying that they couldn't contact them. I was just on the phone a couple minutes ago on a call that lasted almost 90 minutes and I finally spoke to a “manager” but she couldn't do anything for me either. PLEASE DO NOT USE HOPPER. BOOK YOUR RESERVATION DIRECTLY THROUGH THE COMPANY WHO IS ACTUALLY SELLING YOU THE ACTUAL SERVICE/PRODUCT!

It is the worst scam that can exist, they charge your card and then it gets an error as if it had happened, but if you are debited and the flight/hotel reservation is not generated/etc. And there's no customer service, no one answers, you can only call a US number and you have to pay extra. Also they don't give you your money back. SCAMMERS

The worst APP I have come accross. I really recommend people do not use this app as they have hidden fees and in the same period of time, I have had two agents give me two different informations that are non compelling. Very bad service.

Sometimes the app doesn't offer the blue "search" bar after you've filled in your journey criteria. I would have sent you screenshots but you also have no meaningful feedback system. 3 statements - none of which represent my feedback correctly

Misleading Flight Fair Advertisements
It has been several instances and I kept getting good deals and when I went ahead to get it, on the page that is finalizing the details, I always ended up getting a message and the fair went up to this much.. If you can't keep up with the sudden changes of the airlines flights' fairs, how can you be a reliable flight's App? This didn't happen once but several times so I am not sure what you're doing internally to monitor your flights..

The order was cancelled by the platform without authorization, and no refund will be given. The platform phone can never be reached, and the after-sales service email cannot be replied to within 72 hours...... Finally, replying to an email is still a cliché, and there is no solution to the problem at all, and it is also noted that if you do not reply to the email within 24 hours, the after-sales support service will automatically end...... Garbage is black for a lifetime!

Hopper getting more unreasonable
Booking a flight on Hopper has recently started to be like booking on spirit . By the time they wear u down with EXTRA CHARGES , an inexpensive flight becomes paying for college tuition!! Where's my forgiveness on the loans I have to take !!!

5 times! 5 times have tried to get a flight and EVERYTIME, no matter how fast I go through the booking, the app says the flight is not available anymore when finishing payment details. I've given it a solid try as this is not the first time it has done that. Last time I thought it was simply a minor bug, but now it seems to be part of how it works. Sorry Hopper, wish you the best of luck.
