1. The app keeps informing you that there is a new notification and when I enter there is nothing. 2. Many people are reaching out offering setup services with promises of better sales. If this exists, it's because Hotmart leaves a loophole, that is, I didn't instruct its members as I should with step-by-step configuration for sales, especially ebook, which is my case. I will re-evaluate if there are changes

This app has been terrible to use for a long time. Often it closes just by leaving it in the background. Just today it closed just because I took a call. I was attending class, the cell phone rang, I answered. When the call ended, the app had closed. You need to log in every day, and you often need to log in more than once a day. In addition, the "pick up where I left off" feature almost never works, or points to a lesson I've already completed, or a moment in the class I've already passed.

The app is intuitive and simple to understand, but as a Producer we can only see the information and edit it. We can't see affiliation area, products to affiliate with, etc. Only on the computer.

I want to cancel and they make it impossible. They say I need a code and there's no way to access any codes. So it's impossible and overpriced. The narrator teacher is a beginner
