Please add the fit and sizing back on our app orders. You cannot have a standard sizing guide because all designers don't use the same fit. I see tonight it has been removed, 04/11/24

Not User Friendly and Returns are a Nightmare
Attempting to maneuver through the site is ridiculous. Unable to scroll down once I find the topic to review. The majority of the time pre-paid return documents are not provided with order. Go onto website and cannot even locate a return option for orders. QVC is simple to use. HSN has gotten worse.

Took Customer service contact number off app!!!!
A very poor sign when you cannot get a phone number on your app for customer service!! It used to be on there! Why was it removed?! Under ‘help', it has basic questions but nothing that pertains to my question and no number to contact them! Very disappointing! They are hoping no one will notice and call them out on it!

No easy returns.
No where find how to return a product that I did not want. They sent me the wrong item. Pretty much the site is void of any info on how return with out spending 15.00 shipping fee

Poor delivery
I ordered an item and have yet to receive it. I hate when items are transferred from UPS to the post office for delivery. If I pay for UPS shipping then that is what I expect. I placed an order with QVC three days later and that pkg has been delivered! I don't even want the item from HSN now as it was a Mother's Day gift

I really love HSN. That said…I notice a decline in fashion choices and styles. I'm the shopper who purchase when the item says to me … this it you! Quite different! Gotta buy it! I'm aware and respect the fact customers have different tastes in fashion. However, I'm not seeing styles I'd buy in a second! Respectfully, Long Term Shopper

Still Hopeful On My End That You Can Fix
How many times do I have to be told that I'm using the wrong password and have to keep changing it? Again, and again and again. I've lost a few items that were on sale (could use for my next projects). I've written the new password (where I can find it). But, for some reason, it isn't accepted in your program and so I would have to make the changes through saying “I Forgot my password.” Which is really frustrating and find it ridiculous. It's bad enough to have to come up with a new password and with the other passwords floating on out there, it's my hope you can fix this or as much as I hate to do it, you may lose a “good” customer.
