deposit token didn't go through. even though the transaction was successful, there's proof of the transaction, in the email reply it says fill out the form and then make a video during the deposit process. how can that be possible. it's better to use btse exchange, better in every way

The stock exchange is not like that, a complete zero. They scroll through all sorts of g@vno like "cube", hype a coin, and, for a short time, spam and delist the result (but that was a long time ago, so experience with this nomoika). They have come to the point that they block any withdrawal, demand to go through verification again, after this, they need proof of the origin of funds. The funds come from mining, so these pits(not a spelling mistake) require information on how many mining machines cost and transactions. I highly do not recommend it.
