Not very good app
Submitted several receipts and after 4hrs they aren't any good. Waste of time. Get Upside. I have $1.15 on I bottom and $32.32 on Upside started both at the same time and used same receipts. So, your decision.

Not able to withdraw earnings will update if Ibotta fixes this. Long term user and no reason for withdrawal problems, contacted support said wait a few days... Been waiting weeks

App is time-consuming & has been malfunctioning for awhile now, often failing to load offers for viewing, receipts for upload, & subsequent rebates regardles of mobile device or internet connection. On multiple occasions, I've waited in an endless buffering loop only to never receive credit for legitimate rebates. I would contact customer service, but in our last interaction, I felt they took no ownership for their part of a miscommunication. I've tried, but this app keeps failing.

I’m pretty much done with this app!
I have been using this app for about a year and I am so tired of looking at the product in front of me that is the exact item on the app and not getting credit for it. What is the point. Today it was Repel bug spray. It was the exact product and it said it wasn't the product they had listed. I give up. I have spent too much time messing with this. I'll stick to fetch.

Like getting money back, but clipping the coupons takes forever. Could be a little more like fetch rewards without the clippings of coupons

I can save more money by shopping frugally and looking for deals. Plus, ibotta TOOK AWAY my earnings for not using the app enough. It's kind of like punishing me for not being your friend. There are much better apps out there to use for savings and earning extra money. Ibotta is not one of them.

So far, not so good.....They are holding on to that quarter back with both hands. Said that my item did not match even after confirming that i indeed do have the correct product any size, any type it said. If I have to work for the money it's a job. UPDATE: They fixed it after contacting, which you should not have to do, especially with the simplest choice of about all of them. I will change my review if it doesn't continue to happen

I used to love the AP but now it takes so long to select offers. Most of the time the AP “freezes” and I have to close and reopen it and then all of the offers I selected are now de-selected. I'm sure it intentionally slows you down to not allow you to just click all the offers at rapid speed but the AP has now made it such a chore to select and wait and select and wait.
