Why on earth can't I search for an item in the app and get a price on it? Can I both in Willys, Hemköp, Coop and others.

I shop at Maxi in Boglundsängen in Örebro, use the ICA app's shopping list every week and think it's very good. The sorting is worth a lot, but sometimes it "fails". A couple of examples: • Fish always falls under the "Frozen" category. Should end up on "Fish". Especially since Fish is earlier in the store than Frozen. • I think that you should be able to write Gluten-free in front of e.g. crispbread, bread, oatmeal, pasta and then end up in the right section. That's not the case, but I think it would be pretty easy to fix. Or...? • Sometimes Coffee has ended up among drinks. Sometimes at Skafferi. Strangely. • In general, it would be good if what you enter had a little more "tolerance" for free writing. Recently typed in cornstarch flour that ended up on Indefinitely (or whatever it says...). Since I shop often, and know where things are, I go in and adjust, but sometimes you forget and it's quite sad to have to go back to e.g. the bread department again. But, as I said, I'm very pleased despite a couple of misses. Regards Anders Färnstrand

Save Recipe
Everything is great with the app, except for one thing: when you want to save a recipe to your own collections, you can't scroll down to get the recipe collection you want to put the recipe in. It complicates things for me. It's so cool to be able to divide your recipes into different categories! It's fun to shop now that you get your shopping list in the scanner in the store! 😄/Eva

Bugg and slumpa recipe
When you shake your phone to randomly pick up a new recipe, not all the content is replaced. Picture, title and ingredients belong to the next recipe, while the preamble and "do this" still belong to the previous recipe.

What I think of ICA...
You have good goods but are expensive. More local goods would be a plus.

I like paying via this app, however, it's annoying, it's not suitable for quick purchases since it's too slow, and it takes long time through the authentication/verification untill i get the the confirmation button! Please consider allowing us to not always identify via BankID or to do it a bit in advance, especially when the amount is low. Paying via physical card, GPay and other providers are much smoother and quicker and without BankID. There is no need to such this extra annoying security.
