Everything was working fine until my phone broke. Logging in the "old-fashioned" way from the PC is no longer possible because a verification text message is sent to my broken phone. The app on my tablet also no longer works after a mandatory update. There is no longer an ING bank in my hometown and getting in touch with a customer service representative by phone is almost impossible. After about 20 minutes I finally got someone on the phone, but from the wrong department.

Privacy
I want more privacy and not for my data to be accessible by the government and third parties And access to a direct employee, and that all documents are sent by post. It's very unpleasant and impersonal. And several times I had to deal with employees I had on the line disconnecting. Rude! and ING no longer lives up to its name, to personal service. I am very dissatisfied with this as a customer and am considering closing my account with ING!! After 30 years of being a satisfied customer. The digital system is very unpleasant and impersonal.

Good app but user are not incontrol
You would like us to arrange everything ourselves. But the look-ahead option is a sham. It would be better if you could indicate that a payment is recurring from your timeline such as salary etc now it is often not recognized

After update, you will be seen as a "new" customer after years of use. Again enter everything with driver's license etc. You already had that information quite recently. This is fatal because I could not confirm a quick stock market order at that time and cost me €1500. BAD ING!!

ING be professional for once
May 14th another update with a terribly childish description, leave that and listen to the customers wishes! The points below are unchanged and disturbing. 1: You can't hide debit and credit cards that are in the middle of the screen. 2: The menu behind the eye to hide items has become illogical and slow. 3: Credit card balance is not immediately visible. 4: Frequent pointless advertising.

Very user-friendly, overview of all ING matters at a glance. However, a (big) downside is that with every update the widget "balance on home screen" stops working. The only remedy is to reinstall the ING app.

Can't log in to the app and called customer service and I was supposed to get an email within 3 days how I could log in and I never got it

app often doesn't start, and in addition, you just get advertising in your account statement!! serious advertising??? This is a bank where my money is!! There should be no advertisements or so-called 'tips' here, very annoying. Hope this is not or less at other banks, I'm going to shop 'bank'.

Activation only takes a moment
