Prescriptions
I recently requested my repeat prescription on the 1st of may 2024 ready to be picked up on the following Thursday being the 9th of may 2024. I went to my regular nominated Pharmacy to find the prescription had not been sent across. So what's the point in telling you to order your meds a week beforehand if the prescribing practitioner hasn't checked to see if all requested prescriptions have been properly processed very frustrating hence a 1 star review

Confusion!
I clicked on to nominate Great Eccleston Pharmacy as my nominated Pharmacy… then I get a message to pick up my prescription from my GP and next time consider nominating a Pharmacy! 🤪

So many loops to jump through
Never before have I had to jump through so many hoops to g t my prescription requests and sent to my nominated pharmacy. Not impressed

My GP App
Quick and easy to use for the basic requirements of reordering prescriptions, there is a fault with the App you can't nominate a chemist for collection

Home delivery
Why are you constantly ramming home delivery down my throat every time I use ‘my gp' without the to option to stop it. GET RID OF IT, if I need it I'll ask. Why is “comment” a required field. This again is rubbish 99.9% of repeats don't need a comment: GET RID OF THE REQUIREMENT.

Good until you get an update
It works well but when u get an update it changes things about and confuses me more than it should. Apps should be simple and to the point.
