Frustrating
Excellent content hampered by a lack of the basics like a pop-out video player or double-tap to zoom so the old Britbox content plays in a tiny window with borders around each side. The running times are also all over the place and wholly inaccurate as well as things being quite hard to find. Ill stick with it as it looks like the app is often updated though!

Keeping wants me to do a 7 days trial
Hi App was working great until recently. The episode I am watching comes to an end then it keeps making me try and do a seven day trial. It is not allowing me to continue watching and will only want me to download episodes which is part of the trial. The only way I can stop this is by deleting the app altogether and then downloading again and logging in. Please can the developers sort this out? Thanks.

Crashes my phone. Awful, any time I try to cast to Chromecast the controls send my phone into a lock screen loop, I can only force a restart.

Screen goes black after watching anything on the app for longer than about 45min, even when going back in to resume watching. Contacted itvx for help who suggested clearing cache or reinstalling but makes no difference, although adverts still play which is particularly annoying having to repeatedly watch them while trying to get the player to start working again!

Slow to load, keeps saying something went wrong?????? I'm not paying for this rubbish after my free trial. iPlayer/Netflix etc work just fine on my TV so it's not my connection that's the problem. App Deleted. Let me know when it works.

Great but has some issues, such as not very user friendly and when I watched full screen on my laptop, it froze my whole PC. But an amazing app that enables you to watch amazing programmes!
