JCPenney’s app
It's a nice app but it has some glitches. It does not scan the card properly and add it to your wallet so I had to manually put it in. It's a little bit aggravating but other than that that's the only issue I really had.

Nothing works
I can't use this app at all. The search doesn't work and if I select a category it doesn't do anything. I'd love to shop but it won't let me.

I've been with you for 6 or 7 years and because of some reason .y credit was dropped to 250 from 450. I wanna know why before I go somewhere else. None of my other cards have done that, so you tell me why I need to continue using JCPenny

I ordered 2 warsaw grey hand towels and got 2 Warsaw grey wash Clothes. And when I called didn't even got a human to talk too... I wanted the difference refunded on my card. No reaponse to that either
