At first I thought I was getting a decent deal but turns out the price was not the price and it changed 2x until I was struck with what seems like a ridiculous amount even at liability coverage only. Seems like cost of insurance will exceed the cost of my vehicle at the end “TERRIBLE”” shop around I know I will before next months bill!

Thieves and liars. Signed up using their service but when got rid of car I canceled policy but still got billed and won't refund what they stole saying it's "cancelation" fees, when no where in contract does it say that.

This App and all of its employees suck. They are not responsive and always try to charge more than what was quoted. Stay away from this app and its agents. They are damn near scammers.

My insurance through Jerry was canceled despite my many conversations with representatives over the last couple of weeks trying many ways to make my payment because my autopay wasn't being drawn out of my bank. Inspite being GUARANTEED just last week that my policy would not be canceled and my rate would not go up. In that conversation I again offered to pay a different way and she declined so I wouldn't be double charged so I took her word. And guess what happened!!!!! Now they are tripling

I purchased a policy through Jerry and they confirmed it was active. Four days after my old policy expired I still hadn't received anything about the new policy so I reached out to Jerry. They never activated my new policy despite payment already being made. I got a new policy through Jerry after a lot of work but it was more expensive than the original and I had a four day lapse in coverage. If you use them follow up on everything they do yourself. I will never use them again.
