Definitely not the best airline app out there! It is laggy on sign in, printing or generating a pdf of an itinerary doesn't work and app shuts down regularly. Disappointing.

Doesn't do push notification for your flight unless you separately search for updates and then choose notifications. It doesn't let you know this is required. After all that, it still cannot be relied upon to notify you. makes searching for flights a minor PITA by forcing you to choose airports from a list rather than entering them by code if you prefer.

Terrible
Checking in for an international flight the app forces you to scan your passport but is incapable of reading the passport so you have to scan it 20 times before it finally accepts it Fly Delta instead

Double charges
If you try to change from one paid seat to another, it charges you for both of them. It takes 5+ hours texting and 3 different customer service reps to get the ghost seat refunded. Don't offer the option if your coding can't handle it.

Annulation vol Paris -New York 20/11/24
The Company cancelled the flight from 8:55 a.m. Paris to 11:33 a.m. New York without reason and without offering another flight to connect at 2:05 p.m. arriving in Punta Cana at 6:57 p.m I paid €1075.80 for 2 return tickets and Jet Blue only reimburses me €978.46 even though they are the cause of the cancellation. It's shameful and downright theft. This company is to be avoided!!

Bad customer service
They just lost 10 customers my family and I travel a lot and always use JetBlue. unfortunately sometimes I forget to use my trublue it's been 3 months since I requested some points back.nothing!!!

Never lets you login
I have the correct email and password every time and it won't allow me to login. The login button continually is Grey. Now JetBlue wants $25 to speak to customer service. Bad app. Bad customer service. Time for a new airline.

I had a very bad experience with their customer support and chat feature. JetBlue lost my booking and then when shown proof of my purchase claimed they actually canceled and notified me via email. They did not and are now asking I rebook at double the price.
