The App won't let me sign in, even though I can login on a browser using the same email and password. The App just takes me back to the Sign In screen

Its a good app just slow and sometimes the communication of the booking process is difficult because going back to make a change is an issue most times.

The garbage to the home app, no function can be used, an airline as if there is no information staff, how long has it been, there is no sign of repair at all, completely rotten, in the future, will try to avoid this plane, to see the big small, too dangerous!

It’s good, but…….
The app for me is really good but when you book a flight and you check it on the app it doesn't come up with the day you fly. I know this isn't a problem for a lot of people but being a FIFO worker and the roster changing from some Tuesdays and some Wednesdays, it gets a little bit frustrating. I know it's not a bad problem, but it wouldn't be hard to fix on this app. Please rectify.

I booked my credit card and never received my e-ticket
I booked the ticket and paid by credit card, but I only received the booking confirmation email, but the official website query booking number was wrong! It really makes me feel so uneasy 😰
