I don't recommend !! Winnings collected but not visible in the kitty so a kitty that does not increase or by 1 cent every month while in the meantime I have collected several winnings, offers and cashbacks that have been waiting for months without being validated despite having respected all the conditions and contacted customer service 3 times

I have at least 3-4 purchases that Joko didn't want to take into account (who knows why), as if the only cashback that was going through was the 0.0001 cent one. In short, they're charlatans, I even wonder if they're doing their business by stealing our cashback!

Really minimal cashback. To tell you, I only do the shopping once a month. It costs me between 300 and 350 euros. Well, on a 300 euro ride, I get 30 cents in cashback. You're going to wait a really long time to get a sum and it's not very profitable compared to what you spend.

I subscribed with a subscription with a cashback of 160€ offered and 1 month later I am still fighting with the customer service to get this one.... A total of 36 emails exchanged and I am still asked for the same documents that I provide but nothing changes!!! It's a shame because I've been using your service for 2 years but now it's over, but I wouldn't stay there I would do anything to get my 160€ due.
