I have had this app for years now all my info/stamps are deleted and nothing works... Fix the matrix... This is supposed to be for our loved ones... We pay money for this it aint free ..

I can’t send money… getting error
This app has been a disaster for me. I press send money and I get the “unable to get fees list (SM019)” error and it boots me out. The website don't work either and every time I call JPay customer service no one answers. I need an immediate solution… fast

You send a J Pay letter. You don't get anymore alerts . I get any about if the DOC has received anything in the J Pay system

Some kind of conformation
Hi I just started using this app . So far only thing that I noticed is that when you send a message to loved ones you seem not to give a receipt or confirmation on when the facility and the loved one receives the messages. Which I feel that we should receive on both saying facility received it and when the loved one receives it.. grant it the facility has to approve it first which is understandable.sometimes people send things that are very important and I think and feel that you really should put a confirmation or receipt for not receivers the facility and loved one.
