Would be higher rating if issue resolution matched other apps such as Deliveroo or Uber eats
When I had a problem with an order, the staff who dealt with it were following blindly principles that did not align to any way of providing a service to the client. Not what I would expect where was UE and Del listens and deals with any issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the client

I give it a 1 because I can't put less on it
It's the second time I've run out of dinner, they delay your order until all the restaurants are closed. You contact them and they tell you that there are no delivery people, that they give you your money back and without any compensation. A shame.

Good but drivers keep delivering 2 orders at once
Drivers regularly grab [address]10-15 minutes in the opposite direction to deliver the first order. Contacted the live chat numerous times but they always give the same reply that my order will be with my shortly…

Convenient to use
Have used Just Eat for many years. It's mainly ok but some vendors delivery costs aren't accurate. The downside of Just Eat is the customer service if there is an issue isn't straightforward. They need a contact number for customers to be able to contact when urgent.

Courier Gone
Stupid app, no customer service, and impossible to contact the carrier. The one who was supposed to deliver the food disappeared without even giving me an explanation or a call. What the hell was he doing?

Unable to access customer service
Earnt a stamp card discount after many purchases with a local favourite takeaway. I was informed of the £11.06 discount earned by an email from Just Eat. The link to use the discount took me to the website but there was no sign of the stamp card and no way at all to Apple for the discount. There are no options for getting support at all. Absolutely pathetic. Previously, there was an info@just-eat email address. This has now been removed. It's probably for the best as not one of my simply written emails was understood by the Just Eat representatives, who simply gave me the same idiotic prompts. None replied more than once and none were able to provide any actual help. Use Just Eat, by all mean, but don't rely on the stamp card feature working. And definitely don't count on there being any sort of support with an order.
