Great app, easy to use. Had to cancel a space because the owner had scaffolding being installed that day and didn't take down their advert, was very easy to cancel the booking and swap to another one using the JustPark wallet. However it seems like a refund to the original payment method is more difficult.

Was overcharged. Continued to charge me despite the app telling me I had stopped parking, they told me I'm responsible for their app and refuse to refund me. I sent them evidence of this and they told me to leave feedback, so here I am. Wouldn't trust this app ever again.

Unresponsive app
Tried to use app for the first time. Got to entering the card details and the app just stops responding. Can enter about 3 characters of my name or card number and it just stops working. Closed the app completely a few times but same case time Ended up having to ring to pay for parking instead. Which defeats the purpose of having the app.

The app looked promising at first. My space was occupied and it was 9:30 pm. I could not contact with the owner as the app said. I had to rent another space for the same amount. The refund policy only favors those who cancel 24 hrs before. So those who have been told their flat rental does not have parking must try the app not knowing what can happen. I lost 39 pounds with no recourse. Beware if you use this app. My parking ended up 0.6 miles away in some residential area. And that was the closest by 0.2 miles. Nothing like a walk at 10pm, in the dark, through apartment buildings to liven up the trip.

The charges for SMS notification have crept in, initially you were offered an SMS notification for 20p, then you had to opt out (which took forever), now it simply charges you 40p extra each time with no option to change, and no description of where this extra money is going. Really frustrating. Greedy little piggies!

Works well & is reliable. Not as instinctive as I'd like - doesn't always recognise where I've parked without a code. Otherwise good

Don't trust the app for parking payment, I made the payment using the app for parking and got the PCN after few days. I contacted Justpark regarding the fine and receipt of parking payment.No responsibility or accountability from just park. Ended up paying fine.

Do not attempt to use the option to make multiple bookings for the same space. Second time I've attempted it and both times the app shifts your booking forward by an hour without warning. They then won't acknowledge this is an issue and instead tell you to cancel the booking for a refund minus the booking fee, leaving you out of pocket

Im currently setting up an account, when setting custom times and days for space availability I cannot scroll down to set times for different days. Samsung S21.
