horrible system for patients on pain medication. they don't notify if no meds available. you have to call in daily. and if do have. they will not hold rx . you must go in person to get rx filled. until they run out. so by the time you get there. uh oh no more meds...They should be held accountable. feels like discrimination. period

Can’t see scheduled appointments
I always try SO many times to see my upcoming appointments and check in from the app, but it always errors out so I give up and do everything on the web browser. What's the point of having an app that can't even load appointments? Repro: -Click View and schedule appts -Message I get everytime: “Error Loading Something went wrong and appointments didn't load. Tap refresh to try again or come back at a later time.” -Click Tap to refresh, same loading error. Every. Time. I have the latest version, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc. I think the fetch call just doesn't work on the app. I use Face ID to login, so maybe it's the token being sent back to authorize. No clue. But this should be looked into since it's a reoccurring issue and extremely annoying when you have 3 Kaiser appointments a week.

Drs trained in yemen who have no bedside manner, Drs on ego trips, impossible to get a mental health appointment. Kaiser needs to invest in a psychiatric wing at the main hospital, Kaiser members who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis are strapped to a gurney, left in a hallway, and left to suffer. the ER staff has no training for how to treat patients in a psychiatric crisis.
