Most stupid app ever! Can only get reward points when you order online!

Trying to compare the prices of different offers. I added the $10 8piece bucket offer to my cart, then removed it because I wanted to see what the price would be for the 40%off a 12piece bucket instead. But the app wouldn't let me put the offer in my cart because it thought I still had the 8piece in my cart but I didn't, i removed it. Changed the restaurant address and even tried reinstalling the app but the offer redeeming was still confused. Wouldn't let me switch back to the 8piece either. :(

My account logged itself out and when I logged back in all my 250 rewards points were gone.

Unable to use Reward Points even though I have enough. For example I tried to redeem 500 points for a Chicken Sandwich, and when pressing the redeem button, it begins to load, then the redeem button reappears again and nothing gets added to the cart. The location I frequently visit has posters all over the windows to join the rewards program, so they are definitely participating. No one at that location understands why it does not work either. No one has been able to redeem points there.

1/5 because I cannot earn rewards by ordering in store, only earn rewards through the app. However, I cannot upgrade the combo meal drink size to large in the app, can only upgrade drink size in store.

The app is SO FAST that I arrived at KFC to pick up my order before my local franchisee had logged it. The manager acknowledged the order and apologized for the consequent delay and substitution for missing items, but the fault was probably with the software for scheduling an unrealistic delivery time that was not synced with the local business' capability.

Not all the time, but in the past year, a couple of times, they missed something in my order.

As far as rewards go this has got to be the worst set up we have come across... rewards are only for online or app orders and you cannot receive points for orders made in store or drive thru even though we found out about the app while at the restaurant

I can't open the app on my phone. I receive a message from Brightspeed that says, "We have blocked access to this site because it tracks data." I always have to open it on my computer.
