Login issues persist
Used app successfully for a couple years but now can't login to app. Already deleted and reinstalled a few times and still getting errors. Missing out on deals and pretty upset about it. It appears several other customers have the same problem. Please please please - developers - fix the problem for good so your patrons don't have to try to get it resolved one by one by calling your reps

Super buggy. Constantly signs me out. Sometimes I have to log back in several times while I'm shopping. Many things I buy say not available in store, but they are available (and yes, I have the correct store selected). Very many bar codes on things I buy at the store aren't recognized so I can't add them to my list. It shouldn't be this much work to use a shopping app.

Basically a data harvesting app. With lots of ads. But their delivery is good price and refrigerated. Saving grace!

What is this
What have you done to grocery shopping? I can't add things to a cart and pay for them? I have to make a list, it made several lists. I have to clip digital coupons. I have to move things from the lists to the cart. I change my store, but that store doesn't have pickup, (I'm guessing, I was not told this), so it automatically sends me 20 miles away to my old store? I have to add a card on the website (no apple pay or apple wallet). My pickup progress is in a tiny box 3 screens down, like that shouldn't get top priority? I have never been so bombarded with things yet unable to find things in a single experience. It's like you took a normal app experience and tried to make a 2 hour side quest that culminates in your order getting timed out because you can't pay for it on the app with apple pay.

Almost perfect but flaws are large This app is very convenient, well designed and helpful. Easy to find items, coupons are offered with items. The flaws are big though. KS offers no method of communication while shopping. Shoppers are free to make their own decisions on issues, which is to the benefit of KS and not the customer 90% of the time. Their choices can frequently lead to a higher grocery bill. You also cannot order bakery items in all areas of the city, which is ridiculous.
