I tried to make a hotel reservation. I say tried because when I made the payment the app has crashed, the reservation has not been made but I have been charged. The chat service doesn't solve anything for me and now I can't book the hotel because Klarna has my money held and won't give it back to me because they don't do anything to solve a problem that has been caused by their app. Incompetent and sloppy

What's wrong with you ?
I've had no problems with Klarna since Klarna has existed, I've always paid on time, was neither in arrears nor anything else and for 4 weeks I can no longer use by invoice, on the phone you are only brushed off on the chat I have tried several times to contact them, which also works only it does not change that no one is working on the problem???!! You are always told that therefore 72 hours or even a few days longer, ok, but the 72 hours or a few days longer are now also over !! I don't think it's okay if you offer something like that, which you then leave the Ku to the left if there are obviously problems with Klarna!

Worst app
Worst app of all my apps. I want everything to be clear, clear, simple. You developed it into some kind of game in the style of finding bugs in our app. But I don't want to gamble, I want it to be as easy to structure as when you shop at internet stores. And you want to be paid on May 28 for goods that can arrive on May 27. Demands the explanation for this

ORDER NOT PROCESSING the FIRST TIME
It's very frustrating and I'm missing out on sales due to whatever glitch is in the system. EVERYTIME I place an order my cc is billed, but the order is NEVER processed the FIRST time! I have to wait on someone to rectify the issue! WHY does this continue to happen w/this app and now I'm unable to call directly to rectify the problem! VERY ANNOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm fully satisfied with Klarna, except for the app has become insecure because I don't need a password for it, nor a fingerprint anymore. I was helped via customer service in a very friendly way, but still is again uncertain.

Used to love this app. However I ordered something from a retailer that does not accept klarna. I got to their website through an icon on the klarna app. Klarna has taken the money out of my account but there is no purchase as it didn't go through on the retailers end. Have been on hold for one and a half hours with the message saying someone will be with you in the next 1 minute for the last 40 minutes
