Why make it so hard to add bonus card
Cant understand why my lojalty program number cant be added automatically when I check in from the app while being logged in. Seems only purpose it to make it as hard as possible to earn miles.

Overall nice, Passport and ID scanner useless
The overall UX is so easy to understand and works great but the Passport or ID scanning function doesn't do anything. Super annoying to type it in

I haven’t receive the temporary certification mail yet
I from Taiwan to Brazil for about 3 months. I forget my password but I can't find back. The reason is the certification mail I didn't receive anyone. I checked my Gmail account is correct and Gmail can receive app's advertise right now. Just haven't received certification mail. This is very bothering me I need help…

Poor customer service
After hours calling to change a flight, it is simply cheaper and easier to just book a new ticket and cancel the old. If you can avoid this company.
