I am having hard time getting my refund. Initially auto refund got failed and then when i ask the Customer Support Service for help. They were asking for sensitive information about my bank. Those information has already been given to their system (which is securely safe). And CSS should not ask for it, which we have no guarantee it will be safe. What should they do, is to make effort and, they should look for other alternative to refund our money.

Bad first time user experience for the App due to promo code bug
Was going to book on look.com but saw the 5% promo for first time app user, so download this and gave a try. However the system does not recognize whether user is using the website or app when the discount code is added. I first registered the account on the website before knowing about the discount, somehow was able to add this discount code onto the website portal under my account, which is weird to start. When I switched to the app try to use it using the same account, it complains that the code is already used. If that's what you downloaded the app hoping to get, you will be disappointed.
