PlayStation Stars is a terrible program
I like the idea. But it's so poorly executed that it makes the effort of getting collectibles pointless. You'll be lucky if your collectibles don't disappear, if they ever show up at all. I can't add half my collection to my case right now because it just doesn't show up. What's up with that, Sony? Multiple people are complaining about the same issue. Fix it.

One simple thing keeping it from 5 stars
You know how good this app would be if we could join a party while on the phone? Literally sometimes I don't wanna talk to the guys but I want to watch gameplay but I can't because another app is using microphone…it should also be a way to watch share screens without being in a party with the person

PlayStation is a joke I'm starting to think it's just one big hole that swallows peoples money, you can get no help when unfortunate things happen whether buying a game that you accidentally purchased or simply having something took off your card. All they do is explain to you the “PlayStation policy/rules” and basically tell you they're not giving anything back. It's a lost cause with this company. I thought I would never say this, I will be switching to Xbox. Mwah.

Scam with payments
Today I've scamed by Sony for 100$+. I sold my sony playstation half a year ago. having previously deleted the bank card and my email. But somehow Sony is charging me for some services. There is no support on the official website where you can turn to. Account recovery does not work too.
