Used to be a good app

Ever since the update the page turns are painfully slow, even if you turn off any effects. I'm not sure what happened. It used to work great. I wish I could go back to the previous versions.

E-reader is great. App not so much

Love reading books on the e-reader. But Kobo has done something to the app that makes home screen updates not work properly anymore on our iPads. And after 5 or 6 attempts to get a response from the support team we are kind of giving up. Recently , the recently added feature does not update. It used to update within minutes of purchasing a new book….no longer…most frustrating. I have updated the IOS, signed out and signed in( which did update to that point but not any future purchases) reloaded the app, gone to settings and asked for repair all to no avail. Also, you can change the home page configuration but it doesn't “stick”. Next time you open the app it reverts to the default. What else can I do? Or can you fix fix this glitch from your end? Thank you.

Unable to purchase anything via the app. Quite unhelpful in that regard.

Basic reading is fine, but the page turns between chapters is buggy and the highlight function often doesn't work. Support just gives you an endless, scripted back and forth where they ask you the same questions repeatedly.

Will take payment for the book but not for listen plus. This is ridiculous. If it's good for one why not the other.

Doesn’t sync where you left off in your Kobo device

It'd be nice if the books you're reading in you Kobo device syncs to the app as well like the Kindle app does with Kindles.
