This exchange is terrible, they hold your money and refuse to refund you when it's in their terms and policy. Save yourself time and money and don't use them. 0/10 Staff members “Mikael” and “Cesar” were very unprofessional and didn't even attempt to help me, they shouldn't be working there.

Would appreciate an option to reduce the mandatory time window between trades. For me 15 seconds would be excellent.. It does motivate me to use other exchanges for high frequency trading. Thank you for what you do.

Have had a few issues since joining. After a couple days they fixed one, been ignored on the second. Its almost a month now no help, even after reaching out again. That individual said they would make it top prioity, and when i asked if I would be ignored for 3 more weeks, it was more than slighly confirmed it would be a high possiblity. Won't tell you why things happen. Trying to get ahold of customer service and check on things is like talking a brick wall. You get no where
