Coupons suddenly started displaying incorrectly on 5/8. Weekly digital coupons are not labeled "weekly" and various other issues with digital coupons. I've done all the cache clearing, reinstalling and phone restarting that I can think of and it's still broken. Kroger doesn't seem to know how to fix it. I guess I just have to ditch this garbage app and use my laptop. 🙄

Downloaded to try to use Kroger Pay, but coding the Add Card menu to restart every time you attempt to use auto-fill was definitely a choice....

I'm usually very happy with my kroger orders until my last order was canceled right before my delivery. I really didn't know if I'd order from them again, but I do like shopping with them because they have items I haven't been able to find other places.

I do not like the app at all. It's always kicking me out. When you scroll sideways it kicks you out. It loads extremely slow. I have tried it on several phones and it does the same thing on all of them. Also the store I have to use for delivery is always out of stock. I would rather use another store but can't because this is the store in my zip code. I joined Boost because we are handicapped and can't just go to a store so we are forced to use this store.

This app sucks so bad!!! It is so slow and crashes all the time. Tapping "add to cart"doesnt add to cart. If on the few occasions when it does, they disappear soon after. I wish I didn't pay $100. for a membership.

The weekly ads do not show up in the app. For over a year, the weekly ads tab in the app has said, "It looks like something went wrong. Let's try to get those deals again. " and does not refresh. I've updated the app, changed location, and uninstalled and re-download everything. It makes me feel like they're trying to hide the deals so I "accidentally" miss something and buy a full price option instead.
