Absolutely slow and worst, the only manageable thing is selling coin via [phone]p... But trading here is dangerous than a terrorist, it will take 24hrs to withdraw by the end of it, you already lost all the profit including your invested money!!

Hard-locked, can't use. Verification bugged out, so I can't verify. Hard to reach support and when you eventually reach them they have a different screen and ask you to follow steps you don't have. With your screenshots it's clear they don't know what to do, asks you to press unclickable places. Then leave you because you've waited for a response too long and forgot to check the phone within 10min. With the same AI that is VERY bothersome. 2h support nightmare and I'm hard-locked from the app.

Scam app should be removed from the App Store
KuCoin is simply unbelievable, I tried selling my crypto using [phone]p and the buyer clicked on paid without sending any funds. I appealed to support submitted all evidence and none was presented by the buyer, it's been over 72 hours and not yet received my crypto back no response from customer support or buyer I'm just in the dark and helpless. I can't believe this is happening.

Despite how much I like Kucoin, I have to say that the app has many errors. I am a [phone]p trader and none of the filters I put on my orders are of any use, not to mention that the chat does not work most of the time
