Disappointing, subscription for 1 year and still limited
Unfortunately, I can no longer use Hollywood effects despite an annual subscription which cost me 39.99€, but that I can no longer use the functions shortly afterwards and I am "restricted" every day... Cheeky, I want my money back and withdraw from the subscription!! No answer from support !

Worked Beautifully, until a phone upgrade! NOW it DOES NOT!!!
This App has been my GO-2 for all of my photos/marketing and it worked beautifully for years, since App was launched. I recently got a new phone upgrade and now it won't upload Photos even with permission granted! What a sincere disappointment even after all the years! I will be looking for another App to replace it now!

The money was withdrawn from the account, but the photos have not arrived for 5 days! He's been saying "18 minutes left" for 5 days! The app is broken and no one is interested. There is no return. Don't waste money

Dislike you completely!
Why can't I, without saving a single photo in a week, save one promised photo a day??? I didn't use the app today, yesterday, or a few days before, but I can't save the edited photo! He says buy a subscription or save one photo a day. So let me save ONE photo a day! This is a DECEPTION! Your app is essentially completely paid, with no option to save for free, even though you claim otherwise!

Trying to cancel the trial subscription 24 hours before it ends and paid starts . Where is unsubscribe option - not in Apple subscriptions - Apple Help say they can't see how to unsubscribe. Help Lensa?
