It's a good app and makes banking on the go easy. Docked 1 star as I think it could be a bit more user-friendly, as other banking apps are. Though I appreciate it's hard to balance security and UX

I have had mobile banking for about two years. However, at least once a month I can't get in !! I update as and when , but currently no updates are showing. So once again I have to go in to my local bank. I suppose that means I'm mobile at least.!!!

Was great, now can’t take screenshots
App had got better and better, to the point where it was the best of the multiple banking apps I use. But now they have disabled screenshots, which is maddening. What a retrograde step.

I cannot log in to the application with my fingerprint even though it is open. I can log in to my other bank applications and everything with my fingerprint, but there is a problem with Lloyds Bank, it needs an update.

Absolute rubbish
As I am currently abroad I've relied on the app now I am locked out as the time of the hold has passed. No letters have been received with any sort of code, except trying to sell over priced home insurance, I've decided to close the account and pay any outstanding money into my HSBC account, which works perfectly!!!

Join millions of customers who use this app for simple and safe everyday banking. Our app is fast, convenient and secure – keeping your bank details private at all times.

What you can do
•	Log on quickly and securely with Touch ID, Face ID or three characters from your memorable information
•	Manage your account – check balances and pending payments
•	You can now block or cancel subscriptions in the app, just search for “subscriptions” in the app to find out more
•	Set up Direct Debits and standing orders
•	Pay in cheques
•	Easily transfer money and make payments to UK and international accounts
•	Get your Travel Money delivered for free to your home or local branch
•	Send money securely outside the UK or in a foreign currency
•	Receive notifications about payments and spending insights on your current account
•	View your PIN or request a new one
•	Easily request a new card, report lost or stolen cards, freeze them and order replacements
•	Quickly find and view transactions and statements
•	Update your contact details
