Never worked properly

I love the concept, but not the app itself. I have given up on the paid membership more than once because of glitches. Never saved my progress, I completed first four stories and then the rest never unlocked even though I was an annual subscriber. Also, you can't select stories anymore, you have to follow the order they set out (if it works at all). Would like a refund and to try it again when they fix the issue.

Got a free trial and it charged me $60

I have always had trouble with sleeping so I thought I'd give this a try, it gave me a free trial and then ended up charging me $60, I don't even use the app or like it, but the unhelpful customer support wouldn't refund me. I cannot afford to lose $60 to this stupid app. Not worth it, don't download the app cause they'll find a way to get money from you.

Not what I bought

Love this app, been using it since it began, I bought the life time subscription which promises a new sleepscape every month. Sadly the team have switched focus apparently to VR Gaming, or whatever it's called ! very expensive. It's like this app is not as relevent to them, we are a very loyal group of users. It's sad they have lost there focus. The app has helped me so much, but now I don't use it nightly as I'm just repeating the same ones. I used to recommend this app to all my friends, I don't now as it's not what we all signed up for. New content is very slow at the rate of one every few months if your lucky. Please developers come back to your very loyal customer base, and start bringing new scapes out more frequently please 😊

It's such a pity....

I discovered the sleepscapes 2 years ago. Yes, it's still a beautiful app for me! However, so much time has passed now that the developers don't offer any great progress or innovations for my needs. The entire community around Loóna is begging in vain for new sleepscapes, the main content from which everyone has paid for the Prime version (even rightly and gladly). Sure, I would have liked the scapes to be dubbed in other languages e.g. German, but I wouldn't care if new ones came monthly as promised. That's why I even ended my subscription after a long struggle... If something happens, I'll be happy to be there again. Therefore, after initially 5 from me now only 3 stars..

The fact that the application, it turns out, is COMPLETELY PAID, has already been written by many. It's a pity I didn't read it right away. The episode passed, the next day in anticipation I waited for the evening, naïve.. It's good that I didn't fall for the "free week" They write that they WRITE OFF MONEY EARLIER and IMMEDIATELY IN A YEAR (5k rubles) This already SMACKS OF DIVORCE, BE CAREFUL! I understand, there is no advertising - money from subscriptions. The presence of paid content is indicated - i.e. ADDITIONAL content and features. You have a FULL paid application. YOU ARE MISLEADING!

I know you guys are trying to optimise the app, but we're all waiting for new sleepscape, new stories and new music… the bugs fixed in the recents update are unknown to most of all.. paying for this seems to almost be pointless from time to time. Please work on the actual function of this app sometimes loona team! Its worth it!

To much money

I feel like it would be a better app if you didn't have to spend to much to use it you can only do one color thing if you don't want to pay to get more and it's like why would someone pay so much to not even know if they like it or not when I used the app the first night it didn't even help me sleep I would definitely not recommend this app even if you would pay all the money to use it it does not help waste of time

loóna is the first app that lets you quickly disconnect from a long stressful day and get in the right mood for sleep.

- SO, IT'S ANOTHER SLEEP APP, RIGHT?
Not exactly. loóna isn’t a list of direct go-to-sleep techniques, but rather a mood-altering app that helps you to stay calm during the day and prepares you emotionally for going to sleep in the evening.

- WHY IS BEDTIME MOOD IMPORTANT?
Negative emotions we accumulate during the day are processed and consolidated by our brain during sleep making them more difficult to disassociate from when faced again in the future. Moreover, feeling angry, anxious, down, or, the opposite, excited, and elated, is likely to affect latencies to sleep onset and REM-sleep. People mistake it for the symptoms of a sleep disorder, but in reality, they just may be in the wrong mood for sleep.

- HOW DOES LOÓNA WORK?
From the wake up and during the busy day Loóna will support your emotional states with playlists and immersive stories. Each night you’ll have a recommended escape. An escape is a guided session that combines activity-based relaxation, storytelling, and sounds in a unique way. Complete it to shut the frantic world out, reset your mind, and create the perfect mood for sleep.

Loóna saves your escape sessions to your Apple Health app.

The upgrade to loóna PLUS provides access to the entire collection of escapes. Our subscription options are: 1-month subscription,3-month subscription and 1-year subscription with a 7 day trial, (price may vary by location).

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
