Ordering on website is painful
There ordering process on the website is very difficult and not user friendly. You are unable to place a cursor in the block you want to write in. You have to intuit what to do, sometimes having to hit the tab key to get you there. Then fill in info by typing, and then it wants the state on your credit card, but you can't type that in, a small rolling screen at the bottom has all the states and you must scroll thru all the states and then select yours. It won't accept certain information, it throws you out of the screen altogether, until you just don't want to order anything.

Need app designers to create a quick and easy way to delete inactive accounts. My dad just passed and I'm trying to close all of his accounts including his Lowes account, but there's too much a hassle. Why do I need to speak to several representatives to get his account closed? Why put your customers through the hassle when they're already grieving and tired? Please consider adding a "delete account" button to save people trouble.

worst experience from start to finish. Asked for help on lawn mowers, no one ever showed up. the self checkout clerk was rude. Asked for a manger he said why they will give you the same answer. it was my 76yo mom and I which I had a cast and leg scooter didn't even offer help loading. what a shame

Lowe’s Cash Expires Early
I had $10 of Lowes cash to use by 5/14/24. I tried to use it on the 14th but it says it already expired.

False locations, etc. Don’t count on the app.
The app will mislead you with false information about where to find products. And good luck finding an employee who knows the store, and is not dependent on their gadget for information.
