Data download fails
Hello to the development team, For quite some time now, I (IPhone 13) have not been able to use the app despite a logged in profile, because the data download constantly fails. Do you have a tip/solution for this?

Log in again and again, for some time now bookings have not been displayed. You can't add any bookings either. The app is not usable like this. So print out tickets again...

Bookings no longer appear
Booked flights do not appear in the app, there is a message that the data has not been updated for 1 month. Manual loading by "pulling down" in the app does not help. After a log-out and a log-in, all data is gone and is no longer loaded. Unfortunately, the app is currently not usable.
