App doesn’t start
Tried hitting the get started button and no response even if I close the app and re open it. What's the point?

Always late to pick up… half hour late today
I have not used light Lyft in awhile and forgot how late the pickup was. The driver changed 3 times and the pickup was supposed to be 6 minutes and turned up be over 36 minutes later just to pick me up. Worst part you can not even cancel and switch without paying a cancel fee.

I wish you wouldn't have drivers ask for ratings on your app.I needed another ride in a short time.I can never send a request until I fill out the survey.Ehy not email them?

I had a horrible experience on Mother's Day with Lyft! I told them where to pick my mom up, and because she is on a cane it took longer than 2 minutes. As I was on the phone with the driver telling him she's on a cane please wait, he cancelled the ride. Second driver ordered and my phone died so he cancelled as well. So riddle me this! How do you put an authorization hold on 1 card and say it's to make sure I have the funds and make me add another card just for you to charge me on both cards??? Neither driver picked her up and I still am charged the cancel fee and the ride and holding 143 dollars??? I will never use Lyft again and I want my money back!

Avoid Lyft
As a company Lyft is nothing more than an app and a bank account. They connect the rides, collect the fees, and that's it. If you have a customer service issue, problem with a driver, lost item, safety issue, etc, you can't get any help. They have no phone support, no live chat, only a very slow and clunky email help desk outsourced to some foreign country. The agents have no ability to assist you and just repeat the same talking points like “we know this must be frustrating, we're sorry, we wish we could help further…” Lyft is simply an exploitative cash grab. Not saying you won't have a good experience. I had many. Until I didn't.

Done with Lyft. No customer service to be found.
I recently had a terrible experience when I ordered a Lyft and had to cancel my ride because the car was in terrible condition, all windows down and no air conditioning for a 30 minute ride in 90 degree Florida heat. - Why should I be charged $5 to cancel this ride? I try to contact Lyft and there's no customer service to be found. Was charged $5 for no ride. I'm no longer using Lyft.

Not everyone should be a Lyft driver
Sometimes my driver is nice and on time. Other times they're not nice or on time. Usually they're bad drivers…slam on brakes, don't use directional, distracted driving…other times they're perfectly fine at driving but the Lyft maps app screws them up. My Lyft drivers are consistently asked to take me on the most random, impractical routes because that's the way Lyft is telling them to go. It's maddening. Lyft, vet your drivers better.

Horrible Service
This app is absolutely terrible im transferring to Uber. They make me absolutely sick. I ordered a ride and they had me waiting for an hour and never sent anyone like how unprofessional can you be. I'm paying yall, yall ain't paying me so at the end of the day this app is terrible and yall should transfer to Uber because there service is terrible. Then they wanna text me talking abt thanking you for being so patient like get off my phone playing games. Its time to take my money elsewhere.
