Loads publications very late
I have purchased subscription for a magazine which is always loaded weeks after it is released and the kast two months have not been uploaded at all! What I am paying for Magzter?!!

Paid and DID NOT RECEIVE any magazine
Would you feel cheated if you pay Magzter for a subscription (around $80) and did NOT receive any news??! After emails were replied with very vague terms! Magzter made the trap such that it is more Work to get the money back then to just forget it!!! I would be very careful not to get schemed!!!

I really wish the crop and share feature actually worked as it takes about 10 minutes or so before the share button actually works to bring up the list of places to share to. I'd really like a way to quickly send a whole article to my email or drive without having to do it page by page and waiting for the share button to become active between each one. I'd also like away to filter out all the foreign magazines i have no interest in especially the South Asian ones.

I am very disappointed that US magazines I have been reading for years are now "Unable to be viewed in your region". If I had stayed with a monthly payment I would have cancelled as most of my favourites are now not available.

After for my subscription for this. It show 6th june 2024 I have Validity. However it not allow to read content, it's asking again to subscription................ I paid it on 5th may 24

Continuous decrease in reading content,
The reading content esp Indian newspapers in English available on the platform have decreased dramatically in the last 2 yrs. the subscription amt to Magzter has not changed.

The "Trending News" section includes an article from February 2024. I've reported this problem numerous times to Customer Service ("Nancy"), but it's not been addressed. Shame.
