Very disappointed
I ordered an iPhone SE with 128 GB. Mobile phone module was defective according to Apple Store, repair was arranged via Store (warranty). However, it was found that the iPhone was modified, 128 GB in settings, 64 GB according to the serial number. iPhone therefore went back to me unrepaired. In addition, the home button was difficult to press. Absolute failure. Return/processing via backmarket went well.

Misdescription of the item
I asked for that lens because it says eF canon mount and when I get it it's an eFS mount a different mount than the eF cameras, now I waste time, returning it

The search system for new or future purchases is not bad, but for previous purchases to view them and/or download invoices is non-existent. And there's no way to get in touch with them in any way. Disappointing.

Scammers
A buy-sell scam. The platform depends on re-conditioners. When you get the faulty appliances, there's no one behind them. 3 days to claim and you can't because the instructions aren't clear. Expensive products that don't even work for parts. ————- And besides, the responses to these reviews are automatic, impersonal, and the communication links don't work. I think that the devices that sellers send, whether they pay for them or not, they sell them without reviewing. If you're lucky, the deliverer may get paid, and if you're lucky the receiver may have a correct device. But if a problem arises, there is a total lack of understanding. Keep in mind that shopping at BackMarket is a game of chance. Give up your device, or your money for lost, and if you're lucky something will work out. Then they announce circular market and honesty, the faces. I uninstall the app, give up my money, and don't want to hear anything from this scam company again.

I can't recommend
I've had a number of disappointing experiences over the past three orders from BackMarket, most notably with my most recent order, an Apple Watch Series 6. Not only was the delivered watch completely different – both color and strap differed – it also didn't work. In addition to this annoyance, I encountered little concession from the BackMarket team. I had to make numerous phone calls with Klarna and the seller to find a solution. In my opinion, it is advisable to spend 200-300 euros more to buy a new part instead of relying on BackMarket. The quality of the used products no longer seems to meet the standard they once had. For this reason, I deleted the app and plan to never order anything from BackMarket again.

I just turned on this app after being given a recommendation to check it out. I love good deals on refurbished tech but often distrust sellers online. This marketplace looks legitimate and I wanted to explore it. Unfortunately, as a user of the iOS Voiceover screen reader, I found basically every button unlabeled. The text in the app itself is readable, so great job with that, but all the buttons just say "button." However, I'll check in again in a while and see what happens. The language is friendly, so maybe the authors will fix things up. I don't actually know if the app store allows review updates, but if it does, I'll update my review. ;)
