It never works
It allways saids updating it is so slow and annoying but if it didn't to that it would be great

App update May 2024 and now I can't get it to open and my phone says it has a bug and to update after the developer has fixed it... are you aware of the issue? Are you working on the fix? I literally use this app everyday and gave loved it

Loved this app until they started charging an absurd amount for premium AND deleted ALL of my old polos. Those were closer to my heart than most pictures I have.

4+ is just wrong! You need a phone number to get in, so I can't get in! I would like for the maker to please change the age group to an older age because I swear a 4 year old does NOT have a phone number! Thank you for understanding!

Annoying with sound
The Marco Polo app doesn't have the selection to turn the sound off while watching the video chat. It forced you to turn the microphone on in order to record the self-recording. So annoying when I watched the video, the sound volume went high even tho I turned my iPhone volume off and silent mode on. I cannot turn the Marco Polo volume down. Fix stupid sound.

Devs destroyed this app. The app constantly sends notifications to send more messages, even to friends I'm sitting right next to. You can't turn these notifications off without lso ingoring legit message notification. Features have gotten much worse because the developer locked so many features behind a paywall. Basically the devs have destroyed what was once a great app that I used every day. Now I never use it and neither do my friends.
