App freezes / crashes too often
The features of this app are very good, however it is let down badly by it's regular crashes and screen freezes which makes it an app I don't enjoy using. If it weren't for this I would rate Tim his app much higher but the frustration down to the lack of reliability causes me to rate it 1 star.

Really need an option to select the number of beds in the search vs just adding occupant count because that doesn't provide options to address each person.

Mobile key never works.
I'm on the current version of iOS, using the current version of the app. Whenever a mobile key is sent to me it always says it is no longer available, even if I click to accept a mobile key right away.

As a platinum member, i am dissapointed with this Bonvoy app! Unable to login suddenly and then locked out my account for 30min when i need to book the room.

Error Makes the App Useless!
I have significant status with Marriott. When traveling for pleasure or work, I would review dates and properties to book. But, now, I can't do that from my phone. It's been months. Why isn't this fixed? It is so inconvenient. At the very least, you could let members know why settings were changed, if a fix is coming, and/or options for booking a stay, i.e., “you can only use certain channels.” This is very irresponsible from a communications and member experience perspective. I have been considering whether to move primarily to another of my loyalty programs exclusively.

Terrible app. Haven't been able to log into my account via the app only web for the last ten trips so have jusr stayed in other hotels. Incredibly frustrating when the lost password, even though not needed bc I can log in through the web just fine, doesn't work
