Invalid coupons
The app's developers probably haven't tested it (properly). Been to Fressnapf today: the app invites me to activate a coupon with a 12% discount, which I do. At checkout there is no 12% discount, the coupon can no longer be found in the app!

Can't log in even though email and password are 100% correct, always means one of the two is wrong.

Every time I'm in the food bowl (physically) and open the app to take advantage of the modest benefits, I have to log in again. That's extremely annoying! What do I have an app for? How do the other apps do it? E.g. Dhl, eBay and countless others - you open them and you're done. At the bank or PayPal it is normal that you have to verify yourself every time, but at Fressnapf??? Annoying! If that changes, I will be happy to give full marks.

As it is in a stationary store - it is not cheap, the prices are almost skyrocketing, and the promotions are miserable. The choice of products and food is even large, but not many of the good quality, high-end ones.
