Unable to use special characters in password
Disappointed at the lack of functional ability this app provides. My password has multiple special characters and I'm unable to enter those characters on the app. The characters allowed on the website, which is absurd. I called customer service and the only suggestion was to change my password w/o using the special characters. Truly laughable.

Bit bad you can't manage payment options in the app like other cards. Yes you can do it on the website but it's not convenient.

Poor,tried to open on line banking as I had text that payment was due, but I have no statement in post yet System says no card matches your records.

Won’t open
The app won't load it's constantly stuck displaying MBNA logo and nothing happens. This on few occasions badly crashed my phone so it became completely unresponsive. Deleting and installing it again doesn't fix it so don't waste your time trying.

Can’t view recent transactions
Since the recent update I can no longer see my recent transactions in the app. I can only get pdfs of past statements and can't see and pending or recent transactions. This makes the app useless for keep a track of my spending and checking for fraudulent transactions. I have tried using the help function in the app and it said it can't help with the new layout changes.

Account management stuff
•	Log on quickly and securely with Touch ID, Face ID or three characters from your memorable information
•	Manage your account – check balances and pending payments
•	View your PIN or request a new one
•	Easily request a new card, report lost or stolen cards, freeze them and order replacements
•	Quickly find and view transactions and statements
•	Update your contact details
You can find plenty of other information in the app by using our ‘Search’ tool, as well as our handy ‘Help hub’.

It’s quick and easy. You’ll need:
•	The phone number that you’ve registered with us
•	An MBNA credit card

Keeping you safe online
We do all we can to protect you online. This includes preventing connections from the app on devices that we think have been tampered with.

How we’ll contact you
Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and  include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. Any texts we send you will come from Halifax. Be wary of any message that differs from this – it could be a scam.
