This app is terrible. It loads so slow and doesn't seem to work at all. When get in line and try and load the app it takes forever to load and I end up losing out on deals because I go through the line and it doesn't load. HORRIBLE APP FIX IT!

Worst experience I have ever had, after I was done ordering it tells me that they don't deliver here and I'm a 13 year old mom wit one child and I can't drive, and it's far from where I live.

Screw you McDonald's You think a temporary deal offering prices that you should have been offering all along is going to lure back customers. The public have been priced gouged in every possible way by every possible company and your temporary tactic of pretending you're sorry won't work.

It's a good app but has weird open/close issues where it'll just freeze up your phone for a second. But other than that and a somewhat intuitive UI it's pretty good, gets the job done

All my information disappeared!!! Used the app two days ago to order coffee. Now I tried to use it today and it wants me to enter all my info again and reauthorize my email. This isn't worth the effort to use.

Not allowing users to type in a password is one thing, but when the email links don't even work what's the point? You don't trust your users to be able to type a password? The email links never work, and when that happens I end up not going to McDonald's at all. I wonder how many sales you've lost because of your app's poor design (both backend and front end). And yes, before you bring it up, I've already uninstalled and reinstalled, as well as tried different networks. Literally nothing works.

So they offer table service if employees don't comply. I placed my order and 27 minutes later I went to the counter to ask and my food is in a takeaway bag and it is already cold, I asked if they could change it and they told me that if I wanted hot food I would have to pay again and be attentive to my order and this happened to me here [address] US

Good most of the time aside from a few bugs here and there. One of my biggest complaints is there's no option to use gift cards in the app.

For some reason, when it hits 8pm here, it thinks it is breakfast time, and I can't order anything. I usually get food after work, and now I can't order from the app to use any deals. I've asked around with other people around where I live, and their app does the same thing. This only started recently because a couple months ago my app was working fine.
