I have points expiring, yet I can't add any rewards to my order?? Force stopped, cleared cache, checked for updates... Nothing. Can't use the website to order... Useless.

Made everything complicated. It used to work fine with just username and password but not an email goes to mail after entering email and still cant login and ask for email. A constant loop between app and mail. Bring back username and password authentication or phone authentication.

Refuses to let me log in with the only account ive been using for years. There are no other options for recovery, then won't even let me make a new account with a different email of mine saying it's invalid. Lost over 10k points just because i got a new phone.

I couldn't enter the pointe from the receipt, the application says that this is an error, in order to contact technical support, you need to fill out another large form, which is also not filled out, everywhere it says that this is an error, and the window does not open to upload a photo, in short, in my opinion they they just don't want to load pointe from the receipt, then remove this function, stupid !
