My wife can’t eat her burger 😮💨
I went to McDonald's and while the experience was nice they didn't make my wife's food properly. She got triple cheese burgers that were plain: meat + cheese + bun. I customized the order AND selected the plain option on the app yet they still gave it with everything on it. She can't have anything on it because it upsets her stomach and can make her severely sick 😥 (she can't eat her food which is annoying and while I know it's a problem with an employee more than the establishment it's still not great that such a thing happened.) Update menu items
Y'all really need to update the app when you're out of something. Instead of letting the customer order, sit in line FOREVER (cuz mc Donald's workers aren't the fastest) to get to the last window and be told “Sorry we are out of that” especially when said customer is only on their 30 min lunch break and can't go anywhere else. Oh and also, the $2 off deal for frappes for whatever reason just disappears during the day, but by evening time it magically reappears. That's also incredibly frustrating!

They take away your points
They take aways your points if you don't spend it when they tell you too. I don't eat at McDonald's a lot so I save my points until I do . When I go on my app I see point being taken away because I don't spend MY MONEY WHEN U WANT ME TOO…

Too bad, otherwise went quite well, Now the app suddenly changes the location while driving, for the order that you already had in the shopping cart. So not recommended, otherwise you order elsewhere!!

Despite inputting exactly what I want the store still gives me the wrong order half the time.
