Just ordered from this app, Uber eats delivered and I had missing item. I called the support line and the answer was that it is possible that item is missing, but they cannot make a refund nor they can deliver a missing item. THIS IS ROBERY ! Never again I will use this app or McDonald's. Rather throw my money to trash bin than give it to this company.

Why can't I order? It said we can't place your order at the moment, that what's the problem and when can you place my order?

Get email of Monday offers but when clicking link and open app there are no offers at this time

The app seems to have gotten increasingly laggy and bloated, often freezing. When you just want to get the code to input on the self-serve screen for reward points, the app takes a while to load up which can be frustrating when you've got people behind you, so you have to do it before your turn. There are far too many offer and splash screens before you get to the options you want. Needs to be streamlined and simplified.

Don't order online from here! I was told my order would arrive within 20-30 minutes, however, 2 hours later, I still have not received anything. I ordered a meal for one from McDonald's but was left waiting for 2 hours. This is so common, I recommend not purchasing from the McDonald's in 2024. I ordered at 12:00 pm, with my latest arrival time set for 12:45. However, when 12:45 came, the latest arrival time extended by 5 minutes, and this cycle repeated, making the arrival time continuously delayed. I would understand if this happened just once, but it has occurred every time I have made a purchase. It is very unreliable. The fact is I paid overpriced for a cheap meal that is guaranteed to be stone cold. I'm left waiting like a sick dog, unable to cancel my order and go elsewhere. This is shocking business. The question now is, how cold will the food be, and will it even be edible? Just received my food, and it's stone cold. Not happy. Please save your money and go elsewhere; the food was not edible! There is no way to get your money back. This is my last time purchasing McDonald's. Not loving it.

Was ordering saying it failed then money came out of my account charged me then went through

The app is very glitchy. Items disappear from the basket, but the app still charges for the missing items, customer support is nonexistent.
