WORST CARE EVER
First of all, my doctor HUNG UP ON ME. while i was talking. So I've had cold symptoms that my household has passed around for about two weeks, I'm the last one to catch whatever it is, but everyone else took amoxicillin and immediately started improving. I told my doctor this and she refused to listen, saying my symptoms were 'viral'. She then prescribed me two over the counter medications I've already bought and been taking for three days, with no signs of improvement. The third and final prescription was a random nausea medication that counteracts fatally with my anxiety medication, and if I didn't already know this and took the medication, there's a large chance I could've had a fatal heart attack from that medication. I told support this and not only did they refuse to give me a different appointment with a different doctor, they gaslit me, literally saying 'she's a professional, you being unhappy with her care is your problem'. Help desk refused to let me speak with a supervisor, saying basically all I could do was wait a few days and make another appointment or go to the emergency room. WORST APPOINTMENT IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. the entirety of the call lasted just under 4 minutes. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

So far not impressed
Tried to schedule twice with a provider. The session was immediately canceled by the provider. I rescheduled. With 50 minutes to spare before an appointment they canceled again. Message received loud and clear, I won't attempt to reschedule. If my other appointment for later today also flakes I'll delete the app and won't use again.

I installed this app and literally touched the wrong part of the screen which happened to be the part where it asked about insurance. Now the app won't let me add insurance and wants to charge me $87 per televisit with no further in-app option to add insurance? I messaged support who told me to call the help line, when i call all it is is a scam trying to sign me up for a medical alert device. They say they will transfer my call and hang up on me each time. Don't use this app.

Need to fix photo requirement
I've used MDLIVE for years and it's always been fast, easy and affordable for minor needs. I do recommend the app, but I think they need to fix having a photo required to submit an appointment request. There are some things that you shouldn't be taking photos of and do not need photos, for instance, illnesses that occur in vaginal or penile areas. The fact that it won't let me move on without taking a photo is very annoying.

I used MDlive to receive a temporary refill on my prescription. The system is easy to use and the doctor was friendly. Only issue I had was that every time I minimized the page it would log me out and would not sign me back in through use of my username which almost made me miss my appt. I think the app should make use of facial recognition or fingerprint like the bank applications.

The app won't let me schedule an appointment! How am I supposed to use the only provider my insurance offers without being able to make appointments?

Avoid MDLIVE. They have very misleading pricing practice. They advertised $9.60 per appointment then billed me for $48.
