I would really like an auto-pause feature I can enable either at the end or beginning of each exercise (or perhaps both at my discretion). Many of my exercises require hold times that make them end later than the allotted time. Having to remember myself and hurry to pause on time is disruptive and distracting. Auto-pause seems like an easy and obvious feature. Otherwise, the app does what I need it to do and would earn 5 stars.

Timing a problem
Would really like to be able to time holding within the app

Incorrect logging
The new Lock Screen notifications are automatically logging me as having done all my exercises when I tap it. I am expecting to just go to the app. This is wrong and messing with my record. My response: Tapping an “inactivity reminder” means you're interested in doing the exercises. What happens now is that you've assumed I've already done them if I tap that reminder. That's super wrong. Please do some user testing. I'm sure I'm not the only one surprised by how your “inactivity reminder” works.

Must improve Accessibility!
While they do list the exercises in order, as a user, who is blind, there needs to be some accessibility improvements. The first exercise that I do is describes, but it is important that they be consistent and describe each one of the exercises. Even if I know how to do them, on principle, it's just best practice. The person speaking on the video should announce the exercises that are coming next and I'm not seeing that.

Useful but backwards
The app is useful. However, they have things backwards. Instead of logging the number of reps/set per exercise and the exercises you completed, you first have to choose which exercises you did then go through several screens to get to the one where you can log your results. I've started unselecting all exercises, then going through the necessary screens to get to the one where I can select the exercise I'm doing. As I complete a set I document the number of reps and then start the next set, if I can or move to the next exercise.
