The app is simply incapable. now I even have to log in every time on a bad browser, e.g. for competitions. what is there a pin for if I have to enter the phone number and password again afterwards. fits the [phone] development: Service is getting worse and worse.

Since the update, all actions end on a "An error has occurred - try again" screen, and that's it. Just roll back, and you'll be fine 😉 again

Since the latest update, there have been repeated problems with constant re-registration. Errors in fingerprint recognition and the app has not exactly become clearer either.

Constant trouble with the app! Sometimes a different data volume is displayed in the APP than in the browser (My [phone]. Often the data volume is already counted before the new month (0 o'clock counted) and deducted from it if you actually want to use up your remaining data volume from the previous month. Since the update, the app has become even worse and more confusing. The old APP design was better, more thoughtful, and also had more features. So all in all a complete disaster

terrible update
To ruin a good app like this, you really have to try. But she [phone] did it. The ability to display the gigabyte consumption of different SIM cards of the same tariff has disappeared. The ability to create new e-SIMs in a tariff has disappeared; this is now only possible via the web version.

App and website operation a disaster
After my last negative review in April, the developer's answer came that I should use the homepage until the app works. It's just as bad as the app. With the app I was able to use Face ID, now I have to enter username, password and then wait for an SMS with the code and if it doesn't work because I have bad reception with [phone] right now, I start all over again. So you get rid of your customers super quickly, all the advertising that is in the app and homepage doesn't help!

I was very satisfied with the old app, I just can't understand why it was converted like this. The new app is just a disaster, [phone] didn't do itself any favors with it: I can only advise every [phone] customer not to install the new app

The app works again after the update, after I re-enabled 👍 the Chrome browser Chrome disabled again and still 👍 works But the old app was clearer
