If the pre-air conditioning (parking heater) is programmed, no expected charging time is generally displayed when charging. Since you don't always charge overnight, the pre-air conditioning has to be deactivated every time and then the whole thing back again. I have never experienced something so incredibly unnecessary before. Unfortunately, this seems to fall on deaf ears at Mercedes. If the data is available anyway, why is it deliberately hidden?

Charging
The app does not recognize the current state. When the charging process is started, the message "Charging process completed" comes first. If the charging process is started and interrupted after a short time, the message "Charging process completed" appears after the calculated time, even though no charging has taken place.

Warranty extension not working
The warranty extension did not work via app and online. And by phone I got two bills and reminders, because I had only paid one. Service is different.

Keeps giving misinformation car engine still on and Windows open etc...yet on checking each time this is totally wrong!! Also, the app quickly goes into small screen you cannot read!! Do you have an e mail address or WhatsApp number as it's expensive ringing UK from France?

Still no Spotify streaming
Unfortunately, only Tidal and Amazon Music are supported. In the app when linking your account, however, you can see a graphic that shows the Spotify logo. Applies to CLA year 2022.

Please check if the duel challenge will end after 5 days. There are players who hardly move their car and the challenge then lasts endlessly.

I have an Android cell phone on which I have your Mercedes Me loaded. The problem I have is that much of the text overlaps other text. An example is that I can't read the front tyre pressure because other text exists in the same place as the tyre pressure reading.

The functionality is really good. Slow, maybe at times, but very rarely. It would be nice to know directly which add-on package is missing if any feature is deactivated.
